I’m Madeleine Boyce, a certified online fitness coach with a passion for educating, helping and transforming individuals to become confident, healthy and take control of their health and fitness goals. Having experienced my own fitness journey of weight loss and total body re-composition, I understand the unique challenges that people face on their wellness journeys.

My mission is to empower you to become the best version of yourself through personalized coaching, where tailored workout plans, specific nutritional support for your needs with ongoing support to make sure you build effective, sustainable habits. I believe fitness is not just about wanting to ‘look good’ but about building confidence, strength and a positive mindset. It’s about the success of creating a healthy lifestyle where your overall health is the main priority. I saw the biggest shift in all areas of my life when I was able to create a sustainable lifestyle that allowed me to take control, build confidence and feel the best I’ve ever felt.
